Who We Are
Supporting your facility and service needs
The Office of Facilities & Central Services provides support services to address the physical space and service needs of our faculty, staff and students. We assist with tasks such as delivery of parcels, mail and office paper; room key distribution; set-up of meeting rooms and classrooms; scheduling of meeting rooms; high-volume copying; and moving or storing furniture. We also assist in areas such as special event support, renovation projects, equipment repairs, space utilization and lab water purification.
Our staff members also serve as a liaison to other Ohio University departments that provide physical support services, such as Facilities Management, Design and Construction, Planning and Space Management and Auxiliary Services.
Office Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (Closed for lunch 12-1 PM)

Athens Campus Building Hours
Heritage Hall is open to faculty, staff and students via badge access 24 hours per day. Doors are locked for security purposes between the hours of 5:30pm and 7:00 a.m. Monday through Friday and locked all day Saturday and Sunday.

Faculty and Staff
Meeting room schedules can be viewed through your Microsoft Outlook calendars. Click on "Open Calendar" from address book, then type in “Heritage Hall,” " Medical Education Center," “Grosvenor Hall West,” “Irvine Hall” or “ARC.” Click on “OK.” Keep drilling down until you see the rooms, then click on the room you want to check availability for. Once you click on the room, it should appear under calendar.
Students
Meeting room schedules can be viewed through Catmail. Select "Calendar." Click on "Add calendar" at the top; select from the directory. In the search box from the directory, type the building name and room number you want to check availability for. A Student Event Room Scheduling Request Form must be filled out for all college events that involve students.
