What is PaymentNet?

PaymentNet online is a service provided by JP Morgan Chase (JPMC) to cardholders to review their Purchase Card account information including statements, balances, and limits. It is also used to file PCard disputes. All Ohio University accounting data must be updated within Concur.

Help for PaymentNet

Included with your new JPMC Purchase Card was a short version of the PaymentNet Cardholder Guide [PDF]. It will show you how to:

• Log in
• Change your pass phrase
• View transactions
• Dispute transactions
• View and print statements

Requesting Access to PaymentNet
