2024-25 Academic Year Apartment Opportunities
In response to exceptionally high interest in OHIO for the 2022-23, 2023-24, and 2024-25 academic year, we are pleased to offer expanded housing options to second-year students who are required to live on campus and are currently enrolled for the 2024-25 academic year. Second year students have the opportunity to reside in university master-leased spaces in River's Edge, River Gate, or River Park.
Please note the units in River's Edge, River Gate, and River Park are a leased agreement between the apartment property owner and Ohio University. Apartments will follow the super single or super double rates in alignment with students' Ohio Guarantee Cohort table.
While Ohio University does not own these properties, Housing and Residence Life will support students through live-on professional and student staff members who oversee the Bobcat Living Experience within the master-leased spaces. This support includes, but is not limited to, on-call support, duty rotations, event opportunities, and Bobcat-to-Bobcat connections.
