Temperature Guide

The set point range is between 68-72 degrees.

  • Tip 1

To receive maximum heat, items should remain 12”-24” away from the heater.

  • Tip 2

See if the damper works on heater unit and adjust (some dampers can be opened/closed).

  • Tip 3

If damper is inoperable and you're still too warm, you may use items such as your furniture or a towel to block the floor under the heater. Add/subtract towels to re-strict or allow airflow. Or to draw in cool outside air, run the fan/vent on the window A/C unit.

Having Trouble with Your A/C?

Your window A/C unit may freeze up if used during extreme outside temperatures. The A/C unit is not meant to be used when outdoor temperatures are below 50°. If you are having trouble, start by thawing the unit. You can do this by turning it off and waiting 2-3 hours. If this does not solve the issue, submit a work order for your unit to be inspected.

Front Four Wall Heater

Cooler air falls to the bottom of the room and is drawn in the bottom of the heating unit. The coils inside the unit warm the air and it moves out the top. If you restrict the airflow into the unit, it will reduce heat. To ensure you are not restricting airflow, make sure all furniture and belongings are not blocking the heater.
