W2 Now Available Online

Your 2021 W-2 is now available online through My Personal Information (MPI). 

To access My Personal Information:

1. Go to the OHIO homepage.

2. Near the top center of the page, click Log In.

3. Click My Personal Information

If you have trouble logging in, please remember that access to MPI requires Multifactor Authentication. Faculty, Staff, and current/former Student Employees must be on campus for enrollment. If you need assistance with access, contact the IT Service Desk at (740)593-1222.

Beginning with the 2021 tax year, the social security number will be truncated on your W-2 to show only the last four digits of your SSN.  This security feature aligns with Internal Revenue Service (I.R.S.) regulations and is considered a best practice as an added layer of protection for you, our valued employee.  W-2 forms with truncated SSNs are widely accepted as originals. Only W-2s with truncated SSNs are available to employees beginning with tax year 2021.

If you are a former employee, you will receive a paper W-2 in the mail. All paper forms will be mailed from Ohio University no later than January 31, 2022.
