CHIP is Now Pivio, Registration for the Fall Cohort is Now Open
Join the new and improved CHIP Program (aka Pivio) through Live Healthy Appalachia!
CHIP (Complete Health Improvement Program) has gone through a rebrand and is now called Pivio. Like CHIP, Pivio is a research-tested lifestyle intervention designed to prevent and reverse many common chronic diseases.
This 12-week, 18-session program will provide step-by-step guidance on how you can transform your health with:
- whole plant-based foods
- active living
- emotional resiliency

If you have additional questions or would like to learn more, Live Healthy Appalachia is offering two 30-minute virtual informational sessions with an Live Healthy Appalachia staffer and the cohort facilitator, Robin Potter. Click here to register for these informational sessions, you will receive a unique Zoom link via email 24-48 hours prior to the session.

Please note: the Fall cohort will be limited to 20 participants.
Ohio University Human Resources will cover the program tuition for benefits-participating Ohio University employees and spouses/partners.
