Guest Artist category now available on Short Form Services Agreement

‘Guest Artist’ is now a choice on the Short Form Services Agreement form (SFSA) under Nature of Services. The category applies to artists bringing their own work to campus to display and/or discuss for a set amount of time. The Guest Artist category is considered to be a non-honorarium, Level 1 insurance risk for the University.
The SFSA should not be used for an artist-in-residence. Unlike the guest artist, an artist-in-residence is typically on campus for a longer time period, provided with housing, and may provide periodic instruction to students. Therefore, an Exhibit A is required for the creation of a Services Agreement.
