Staples launches in BobcatBUY
Staples Business Advantage is now available in BobcatBUY as an additional Preferred Supplier for office supplies. The punch-out catalog in BobcatBUY offers a variety of supplies plus search capabilities and shopping features. Campus customers can expect next day delivery to their desktop provided the item is in stock and the order is received by Staples by 4 p.m. EST.
A user guide is available to support employees in utilizing the new Staples Catalog. Training will also be available in a 30-45 minute webinar offered four times over the next two weeks. Webinars are scheduled as follows. Please join 5-10 minutes before the meeting.

The extensive catalog offers a core list and net pricing with the overall aggregate savings reflecting a 10-25 percent discount on retail purchasing. Procurement Services will continue to work with Staples to refine the core list as our needs grow.
Purchases can be made using the Ohio University contract at the local retail stores. OHIO customers must register their PCards with Staples to secure the OHIO pricing. The user guide includes instructions for registering an OHIO PCard. Please allow 48 hours upon registering for your pcard to be activated for the Staples discounts. When checking out and presenting your card, you will receive the Ohio pricing or the store sale price, whichever is lower.
Staples will offer Customer Appreciation Days Campaigns six-ten times a year when employees will receive discounts in the retail store for personal purchases.
