PaymentWorks Demonstration Webinars offered to OHIO Employees
As communicated in November 2024, Finance did a soft launch of PaymentWorks, the new online Supplier Management System with a few university departments. This allowed us time to ensure everything operated as intended and to get our training and documentation in shape for the campus wide launch. We are excited to announce that beginning in April, we will be launching PaymentWorks to the entire campus. As such, we invite you to attend one of the three demonstration webinars which will introduce OHIO employees to the new online system.
If you are an OHIO employee whose position requires you to collect supplier information from new suppliers, we strongly encourage you to attend one of these webinars. Demonstrations will be held on the following dates/times:
- Tuesday, April 1st at 10:00 AM
- Wednesday, April 2nd at 2:00 PM
- Friday, April 4th at 9:00 AM
Sessions will be an hour long, with a live Q&A feature available to participants. Registration links to the demonstrations can be found on our Supplier Management website. Once registered you will receive a calendar invite to join via TEAMS. We will also record the webinar sessions to make available to employees who are unable to attend a session.
