Capital Project process improvements coming
A new Project Initiation Form (PIF) and Project Approval Request (PAR) will be launched for campus use in early November.
Through the Capital Project Process and System Development Initiative, a University project team is working to streamline the institution’s capital project processes, implementing technology to support business needs, and to improve the overall customer experience in planning for and implementing capital projects. The project team recommended ways to improve the processes and templates for the PIF and PAR, which will be implemented this fall. The project team has received positive feedback from the Facilities Partner Group, RC Strategy and the Dean’s Council, and are now ready to roll out testing and training according to the timeframe listed below. Please coordinate within your planning unit to designate appropriate attendees. Click the link in the table below to sign up for PIF or PAR training.
