BobcatBUY System Outages/Errors

As you may know, the University’s procurement system, BobcatBUY, is a third-party system powered by Jaggaer. Unfortunately, outages on third-party systems are out of our control. We do, however, try to identify and notify campus users of these outages as soon as possible. Always be sure to check the News section on the left-hand side of the BobcatBUY homepage for a detailed report of any partial outages.

In the case of a complete outage, users should receive an email from the University’s OIT department. Please ensure that you have subscribed to see OIT system updates at status.ohio.edu .
