OBI PO Summary Dashboard Enhancements

On August 6, 2024, we made a few minor but valuable enhancements to the PO Summary Dashboard in OBI. You are now able to easily identify cancelled POs, PO owners and their employment status in this dashboard. The following changes were made to the dashboard:

• A prompt was added to identify cancelled POs. Cancelled PO data was previously available in the results section only. This is now available as a prompt as well.  It defaults to No; if you would like to include Cancelled POs in your results, change the prompt selection to Yes.
• The Requestor prompt was renamed to PO Owner/Requestor to match the terminology used in BobcatBUY. Additionally, this information was previously available only as a report prompt, but you could not view this data in the report results. We’ve added this to the results section now as well.
• Prompts and columns have been added to indicate if the PO Owner/Requestor is an active employee. This helps users identify and update POs with inactive PO owners.
• Prompts related to A&E exceptions were removed and the columns were hidden. If needed, these results can be added to your results by right clicking, then selecting Include column > A& E Exceptions.
