Southwest EarlyBird Check-in No Longer Available in Concur

Southwest Airlines recently upgraded their system which broke the EarlyBird Check-in functionality in Concur. We have contacted Southwest and they are aware of the issue, but they did not have a timeline for when this functionality will be fixed in Concur.

So what do you do if you need EarlyBird Check-in with Southwest? You have two options to add this to your flight:

• You can email ohio@cbtravel.com and our dedicated Travel Advisor, Teresa Cook can add the EarlyBird Check-in option to your flight
• You can go to Southwest airlines and purchase the EarlyBird Check-in directly from the airline from their website at: https://www.southwest.com/early-bird/

Early Check-in is an allowable cost on a university credit card.

As soon as we have any information from Southwest as to when this functionality will be available in Concur, we will share it with you.
