New Office Depot Account Manager

A new Office Depot Account Manager has been assigned to Ohio University. Kaye Dykes has replaced Alicia Alarie. Office Depot Bulk Item Convenience Fee

Effective September 20, 2017, Office Depot has implemented a Bulk Item Convenience Fee of $4.99 per case for bulk beverages (such as cases of water, pop/soda, and Gatorade) ordered and delivered through Office Depot to cover the increased handling expense for these items.

When an end user adds an affected bulk beverage SKU to the shopping cart, the end user will see messaging that a Bulk Item Convenience Fee will be added upon checkout. This fee will also be visible to the end user at checkout and in the order confirmation.
