Housing Damage Appeal

This application should be completed if you are appealing a housing damage bill or other miscellaneous housing charges (ie – Key Core, Lost Keys, etc). This appeal must be completed within 30 days of the original bill assessment date and/or date of charge notification email received. Please note that it can take up to 30 business days for Housing and Residence Life staff to review and respond to this application.
