Ordering a Heritage College Transcript
ERAS Token
In order to request an ERAS token, please email the Residency Advising Team at hcom_match@ohio.edu.
To apply for fellowships, tokens are requested directly through ERAS at https://www.erasfellowshipdocuments.org/Home/TokenRegistration.
MSPE
Current students and prior-year graduates applying for residency positions will have their MSPE uploaded by the Residency Advising Team prior to the national upload date.
Prior-year graduates applying for fellowships can request a copy of their MSPE using the MIDUS request process. Instructions on submitting a MIDUS request can be found on the AAMC website. Please direct all MIDUS requests to the Residency Advising Team (contact information below).
Letters of Recommendation
Students have access to the letter of recommendation portal of ERAS starting in year three of their medical education. ERAS regulations prohibit Heritage College staff members from reviewing, uploading or receiving letters of recommendation.
Ordering a Heritage College Transcript
Current students will be notified of the process for ordering their transcript prior to applying.
Prior-year graduates, please note: Our office does not have access to your medical school transcripts. All prior-year graduates must order their own transcript through the Ohio University Registrar and have your electronic transcript sent to hcom_match@ohio.edu in order for us to upload to MIDUS for fellowships or to ERAS for reapplication to residency on your behalf.
COMLEX/USMLE Transcripts
ERAS applicants must order their COMLEX and USMLE transcripts using the ERAS system.
MyERAS Application
The MyERAS Application will become available in the summer before your graduation.
ERAS Photo
All applicants are responsible for uploading a photograph to their ERAS application. Professional photographs or white coat photos are recommended. Our office advises against using cell phone photographs or images downloaded from social media.
